As the school year draws to a close, it's time to celebrate all of the graduates (from kindergarten all the way to college). These simple printable graduation cards are available in 11 different color options (one is a plain white background). You can match yours up to the graduate's school colors for some extra personalization. Download your favorite version of these printable graduation cards below.

Even though we're sitting right smack dab in the 2020 craziness, we still need to celebrate...even if celebrating looks a bit different this year. If you won't get to hug your favorite graduate's neck this year, you can certainly send them some love across the miles with one of these printable graduation cards (and tuck a lil' something inside for an extra smile, if you feel inclined). See all of the different color options for these cards below.

These cards, in all of their simplicity, are a fantastic way to tell someone how PROUD you are of their school achievements. Their outside design says: "You Did It! Congratulations!", with a watercolor mortar board graduation cap centered in the middle of the card. These designs are anchored with fun watercolor stripes...or, not, if you prefer the plain white background (pictured below). Inside is blank for you to fill in your own sentiments (and maybe include a bit or cash or a gift card, too).

Graduation Cards to Print at Home
Even if you can't see your special graduate in person, this year (or if you have to watch a virtual graduation), you can still make sure they know you're thinking about them during this super special time in their lives. A simple greeting card is a wonderful way to do that (I think people of all ages enjoy getting a card in the mail!).

Printing Your Cards

  • Before downloading and printing, please note that these cards are for personal use only. You may not sell them in any manner (digitally or printed). Gifting is perfectly okay (it's expected, actually!).
  • All 11 color options are available below to click through and download.
  • Greeting cards like these should always be printed onto letter-sized white cardstock. Regular paper is too flimsy for cards.
  • You can print using your home printer's "normal" or even "draft" mode. Often times, draft mode can create small striations in a printed piece. This can help create an authentic watercolor feeling in designs like this one. Not every printer does this, but it's fun to experiment.
  • After printing, cut out your card just inside the light blue hairline that runs the perimeter of the entire card.
  • After it's cut out, fold your card in half. To get the perfect crease in your card, use the handle of a pair of metal scissors to run along the crease a couple of times.

  3. My daughter is getting her PhD, any chance you will make cards showing the Tam (hats) used by Doctoral students? I can't seem to find them anywhere. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have.

    1. Thank you so much. I'm not sure I can get to it this year, so I do apologize for that. I will certainly keep this in mind for the future...it's not something I thought of, but I'm so happy you mentioned it! xoxo
