Easy Pizza Dip | Perfect low carb recipe that kids and adults both love!
This Easy Pizza Dip was my lifeline when I did low carb dieting, y'all. Even now that I have a completely different nutritional plan, we still indulge in this every once in a while. It's yummy and crust-free, so it comes together really easily. If you want to do the lower card version, serve it with veggies or some of those homemade cheese crisps I see floating around Pinterest all the time! Check out the easy recipe below.

What makes me laugh about the recipe is that my kids are not at all into dip of any kind. Ranch dip, cheese dip, bean dip...they do not do dip. They did not get this from me. I never met a dip I didn't like...I'm about as saucy (in the dippin' department) as they come. I could make a meal of dip and veggies (okay, chips...who are we kidding, here?). But, they actually do love this Easy Pizza Dip. They devour it. I bring it to gatherings so our friends think our kids' palettes are super well-rounded...or you know, able to tolerate actual dip.

What's fun about this one is you can totally change up the toppings to your family's tastes.

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (can use light, but I don't recommend fat free)
- 1 cup part skim grated mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
- 1 teaspoon dried Oregano leaves
-  handful of pepperoni slices

Directions:
Spread cream cheese over the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate until smooth and evenly spread out. Top cream cheese with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup parmesan cheeses. Using finger tips, lightly press cheese shreds down so they stick into the cream cheese. Evenly spoon pizza sauce on top. Top with remaining cheese shreds. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with pepperoni slices. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies. We love it with pretzels, too.
