In Our Lunch Box This Week {No. 8}

These are some of the lunches my boys enjoyed this week:
Oink, Oink!
Includes piggy PB&J sandwich {used my circle cutter to make the face, used the Wilton candy eyes and a heal of the bread cut into a circle for the snout...cutouts made with the wrong end of a cake decorating tip & adhered to bread with more jelly that shows through as the snout, triangle bread-heal ears tucked into sandwich}, carrots, cantaloupe & pita poppers.

Ninja...Go!
For details on creating my little Ninjago sandwich, click here.
Also included in this Easy Lunch Box are grapes, carrots & a Trader Joe's Apple Bar.

Easy-Peasy
This was a no-brainer. Leftover Trader Joe's Mac & Cheese {he likes it cold the next day...so gross, but oh well}, grapes, carrots & Greek Yogurt.

Lots Of Veggies
Ham & cheese sandwich on bread round {cut in half and stacked}, Trader Joe's Apple Bar, carrots & cucumbers {with a mini "fishy" bottle of Ranch dressing}.

Owl City
My husband is obsessed with the Owl City band, so this was fun for our five year old who loves whatever daddy loves. This was a simple PB&J owl sandwich {used the heal of the bread and the wrong end of my veggie cutters & cake tips to make the circles, used a knife to make the beak...attached everything with jelly}, carrots, grapes & string cheese.

Another Easy One
Ham & cheese sandwich on a bread round that's cut in half and stacked, carrots, grapes, cantaloupe and letter Cheez-Its.

    1. Thanks for stopping by, Nicolette! I actually bought these on vacation in LA in the spring...in their Japanese district. However, the exact same set is available here: http://www.allthingsforsale.com/bento-sauce-container/1386-japanese-bento-accessories-soy-sauce-containers-20-pcs-for-bento-box-4984343262874.html

      I will warn ya...these are obviously meant for soy sauce...which means thicker things like ranch are almost impossible to clean out {so, they've become "disposable" at our house...kind of sad}. But they're cute, and my older son loves taking dressing in them when he can.

      {HUGS},
