Free Printable Floral Gift Tags
I actually created these free printable floral gift tags for (my favorite creative get-together), the SNAP conference I attended last week in Salt Lake City. My secret sister had mint green listed as one of her favorite colors...I thought these prints would be a fun way to incorporate it. I used both these free printable floral gift tags and coordinating lined note cards on each of her gifts to dress them up a bit. Download both of these items below.

Handmade with Love Tags

When I was a kid, my sister-in-law regularly made me sweet little clothes for my dolls (I was a later-in-life child, so my sister-in-law was a bit older than me...and already married to my brother at the time). She was very good at sewing and could make cuter clothes than were available in stores. On the back insides of the bloomers and dresses, she would sew in a label that read Sewn Especially for You by Lisa. I loved those little tags...they made me feel so special, y'all. I've always wanted to make a printable of that nature, so here we are. Incidentally, I've made another set, too, that are more specific to sewists and needle art crafters (see those here). Or, download these free printable Handmade with Love Tags below...and make someone feel pretty special.

How to Make Pom Pom Drapes

This post for Pom Pom Drapes contains affiliate links.
I make a small portion off these links when they are used, at no additional cost to you.

Ready to have the cutest drapes, ever? These Pom Pom Drapes are guaranteed to create a smile. They make our breakfast area so cheerful. They were made from four tablecloths and were super easy on the budget. Check out how to make your own set of pom pom drapes below.
Pom Pom Drapes

I've been over in my parents' town a lot lately. Their Walmart seems to have a much better selection of Pioneer Woman goodies than ours. When I ran across these Pioneer Woman aqua buffalo check tablecloths, I went weak in the knees. I knew immediately I wanted to make them into drapery panels for our breakfast room. I loved the drop cloth ones that were in here previously, but the way they puddled on the floor, meant they attracted alllllll the dog hair. All. Of. It.

So, we were ready for some ch-ch-ch-changes in this space. These bright and cheerful pom pom drapes were just the ticket.

Free Teacher Monogram Printables | Letters A-Z Available | Instant Downloads | 8x10 Prints
I've been wanting to do some fun apple monograms for a few years now. To be honest, the monogram printables are a bit more involved (creating 26 individual files takes more time), so I just hadn't gotten around to it. Happy to finally have these ready for you to use this year. These free printable teacher monograms are perfect Teacher Appreciation Week and end of the year gifts, too.

Crossbody Water Bottle Holder

This Crossbody Water Bottle Holder post and its shop have been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #PureLife40pk #CollectiveBias

I loved this Crossbody Water Bottle Holder so much after I made it for my son, I made one for myself, too. They've proven to be fantastic for holding our H20 during our activities and even just driveway play.
Crossbody Water Bottle Holder | Make this fun and simple bottle holder to keep everyone hydrated! Great for theme park-wear, long walks, and all of the times when you need a bottle of water all the time!
My son has used his new Crossbody Water Bottle Holder so much, I had to see how fun it was. So, I made one for myself and use it on my walks (and plan to use it on our trip to see that big mouse in Florida this summer). It's a wonderful way to keep water on your person and not get dehydrated while in the midst of activities (and the Texas heat if you live in our part of the world). See how easy this was to make below (and check out a special deal I'm sharing on NestlĂ©® Pure Life® Water from Sam's Club, too).

Chalk-Style Painted Salt and Pepper Shakers

These Chalk-Style Painted Salt and Pepper Shakers go great with my newly made-over dinette set. I scored them at the thrift store for a buck and some change, y'all.

Chalk-Style Painted Salt and Pepper Shakers: the perfect thrift store before and after project!
Salt and pepper shakers are some of my favorite things to hunt for at the thrift store...especially wooden ones that take paint easily. I've been on a Salvation Army kick for my thrifting fun lately (G-Dub has gotten a wee bit spendy lately), and I've found so many goodies...including these wonderfully shaped salt and pepper shakers. I love all of their curves and grooves...perfect for chalk paint and a little antique wax love.

Mason Jar Lid Bird Feeder

This post for a Mason Jar Lid Bird Feeder contains affiliate links. I make a small portion when these links are used, at no additional cost to you.

This Mason Jar Lid Bird Feeder is such a fun and simple little project to bring some tweets to all of your feathered friends. This is a great craft to do with the kiddos, too. And my favorite part? It's very budget-friendly to feed your backyard birds all season long with this particular bird feeder and seed recipe. See how to make your own Mason Jar Bird Feeder below...all you need is the lid!

Mason Jar Bird Feeder
We are total bird nerds, y'all. When we bought this house a couple of years ago, one of our favorite things was the sheer volume of trees on the property. Sitting on the back porch or in the sunroom are the two best places for birdwatching through all those trees. We've been wanting to add a DIY bird feeder or two out there to draw in even more feathered friends.

This mason jar bird feeder totally fits the bill...and actually only utilizes the lid of the mason jar. It was so fun to make with the kiddos, too. They love doing projects of this kind together as a family. The bonus is these are really budget-friendly...hang several of them all around your yard! Instructions for this DIY Bird Feeder from a Mason Jar Lid are below.

Table and Chairs Makeover with Chalk-Style Paint

This post for my Chalk-Style Paint Table and Chairs Makeover
is brought to you by Plaid Crafts.
I was supplied all paint, waxes, brushes, and loads of inspiration for this project.

I've been wanting to make over my kitchen table for eons, y'all. I finally just bit the bullet and I couldn't be any happier. I went all Monica Gellar style and painted my chairs in several colors and the table in another. See how it all came together below.

Table and Chairs Makeover with Chalk-Style Paint | Multi-colored chalk style paints and white wax make this vintage piece really pop! Check out the full makeover at ishouldbemoppingthefloor.com.
Whhhhhhy did I wait so long to tackle this project, y'all? It has completely changed this space and made me fall in love with my beat up 14+ year old table all over again. And with Waverly's chalk-style paint, there was minimal prep. That's probably my favorite part. Check out the makeover process below.
