This post for a Fall Menu and Place Cards contains affiliate links. I make a small percentage when these links are utilized, at no additional cost to you.

These printable fall menu and place cards will give your fall tables a lovely pop of pink and blue this season. They're a bit non-traditional, but definitely over-the-top sweet (don't you think?). You can download both the free printable menus and place cards below.
Fall Menu and Place Cards
I packed quite a lot of fun in to today...not only are these free printable fall menu and place cards available for you, I'm also sharing the entire Pink and Blue Autumn Tablescape that they were designed for. That post is actually a blog hop with 29 other blogging friends of mine sharing their own fall decor ideas. But, be sure to also grab these free printables below.

Fall Menu and Place Cards

I think place cards are my favorite part of setting a table. My mother used ceramic (wipe on/wipe off) Lillian Vernon place cards for years. It was always my job to write on them (once I proved myself in the penmanship area of life). That also gave me carte blanche to seat people where ever I saw fit (cue evil laugh and mustache twirl).

But in all seriousness, place cards, along with menu cards, can really add a bit of zing to any tablescape and take it up a notch. Plus it eliminates any awkward showdown over claiming chairs.

And not only can the place cards serve as traditional place holders, they can also be helpful if you're serving buffet-style. Use them for menu items directly on the buffet next to dishes.

Menu Card Design

I actually created two versions of the menu cards:
  • one with the menu title (pictured above)
  • one without the menu title
The version without the title can be used for anything...notes, invitations, lists, and more.

The place cards can also be used in two different manners:

Printing and Using these Designs:

Menus and Placecards
  • These designs are for personal use. If you do have a small shop or business and would like to carry the printed versions (no digital reselling is ever permitted), please purchase a commercial use license here.
  • Download links for all files are listed below.
  • As I mentioned (and as you can see in the above image), there are two versions of the menu cards (one with the word menu and one without).
  • The menu cards print two to a page.
  • The place cards print four or eight to a page, depending upon the manner in which you use them (see the above description regarding cutting them in half).
  • All of these designs are PDF formatted for easy, at-home printing.
  • Make sure you print these designs onto letter-sized white cardstock. Regular paper is too thin for these types of printables. Purchase a pack of white, letter-sized cardstock here on Amazon.
  • Scissors would work just fine, but I do like to use my paper cutter when cutting these types of printables out. You can purchase this same Fiskars Paper Cutter (as pictured above and below) here on Amazon.

Place Card Holders
For the place cards, if you're using them "tent style", simply cut them out on the hairlines I have provided and fold in half.

Pumpkin Place Cards
If you prefer to use your place cards with the little wooden photo block holders, you can cut them in half and get eight place cards out of one print out. As you can see from the above photo, the halfway mark is at two and a half inches.
