Today, I've got a vintage-feeling butterfly printable for you, available in two background options (and of course, all of your favorite sizes). These three stacked butterflies almost have the classic look of an insect study, but not so buggish. This print will be perfect in your summertime decor. It's probably hard to believe that I waited this far into the summer printable series to have a little bit of buffalo check representation, right? I know it's not everyone's favorite, but I do think it works perfectly to anchor these three beautiful butterfly friends in place (plus, I still really like the pattern myself). But, there is also a version of this butterfly printable without the buffalo check, too. So, you're good either way. Be sure to check out both versions of this design below.

We're definitely having lots of insects in the summer printable designs this year (did you see last week's Bumble Bee Printable)? It seems like they're the name of the game for the season (both literally and figuratively). Don't worry, there will definitely not be a mosquito print in the future. We have to draw the line somewhere, right? But butterflies sure are a pretty summer insect (moths, too...I'm pretty sure one of these is actually a moth). All of their colors and playful "bouncy" flying really make my heart happy.

Above, you can see the two background versions of this print: one has the neutral, watercolor buffalo check and the other is plain white. These printables are also available in the following sizes and formats:

And, in all honesty, I love the plain white background version of this design, as well (pictured above). I think those sweet butterflies look like they're about to fly right off the page in this design.

Printing and Using Your Butterfly Printable

These prints are for personal use. However, if you have a small business and would like to use the printed, physical version of these (no redistribution of digital files is permitted), you can purchase a commercial license here.
The PDF files are designed for easy, at-home printing. They are all laid out onto letter-sized pages (just cut out your printed design for framing).
White, letter-sized cardstock is best to use with these printables. Regular paper is too thin and will diminish the quality of your printed product.

After you've printed the 4x6" and 5x7" PDF versions, you'll see a small hairline that runs around each design. This is a cutting guide. Simply cut right inside the line to remove it from your design.
The JPEG versions can be printed like a photo or image. You can even upload to your favorite photo printing place. If you run into any copyright issues, simply show them this post. You have my permission to print these butterfly printables.

My older sister loved butterflies, so every time I see anything "butterfly" I am reminded of her. She would have loved these. I printed 2 copies so I can use those tabs that will give this some dimension for a unique look. Actually I printed extra copies as I have been doing with a lot of this series so I can send them to family and friends to brighten their day. Thank you for making this possible.
