Teacher Appreciation Week is just around the corner!
Today, I'm sharing three sweet gift ideas with free printables that are easy to put together and give to your teacher...or to anyone who needs a smile!

Skittles and Starbursts make gifts that are so fun and colorful! Perfect for teachers, springtime fun or just to brighten someone's day. Check out these fun ideas below>>>

I was excited to pick up this Skittles & Starburst 30 Pack from Sam's Club on our last visit there {we just recently got a Sam's Club in our town...so fun!}. These 30 packs are full of lots of treats to put together several gifts for your favorite people! Check them out below:

I picked up these presh acrylic tumblers at Walmart. They were perfect to fill up with colorful fun. The printable is available below if you'd like to grab it.

1. Start by grabbing your supplies and separating out the colors of your Skittles. I also used rolls of gross grain ribbon in coordinating colors of the Skittles to tie on top.
2. Fill your tumblers color by color.
3. Gently push the straw into the Skittles and screw the lid on top.
4. Attach your ribbon {I didn't do anything fancy, just tied them one on top of the other. I then attached my printable with a fun clothespin {you could easily use a hole punch and tie it on if you need to}.

Aren't they so cheerful?

I used the Starbursts from the pack to create the above teacher gifts {the bag toppers are available as a free printable below}. At our school, we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week for the full five days. I think it's fun to send in a little something each day. These are also perfect for all of our other teachers, too. Between P.E. and music and other specials, we don't want to miss anyone!

1. I used regular sandwich-sized zip-top bags for these. I did get a little OCD about color coordinating the rows so they look just so. But, I think that adds to their fun. I folded the top of the bags down and stapled them.
2. Make sure your hole punch catches all the way through the bag so the printable can attach properly. Tie it on each end with coordinating ribbon.
3. Your child can fill in the "to" and "from" on the back side of the printable.
4. Ready to gift.

They're bursting with happiness!

I still had some Skittles left over, so I decided to make one more fun thing. This would also make a super fun gift for anyone. Although, I'm pretty sure this one won't be leaving my house...it's just so cheerful and fun to look at!

1. The trick to this project is to add a glass cup to the inside of your hurricane or vase. Separate out the colors of your Skittles {you don't have to do this part...I just like how they look in layers}.
2. I cover the top of the inner glass with plastic wrap so the candies don't fall in. Then layer by layer {or not, your call}, I add in my candies.
3. Fill the candies up to the top of the glass, so it doesn't show. Carefully add water to the inner glass.
4. Add fresh flowers and you're good to go.

Aren't the colors so fun and vibrant?

The two Starbursts printables match both the tropical and original flavor packs..
