Setting up an Iced Coffee Bar

An Iced Coffee Bar is the perfect refreshment station
for summer parties of all kinds. Just add ice.
Iced coffee is one of my favorite summer time treats. I love the idea of having an entire space devoted to the drink at summer weddings and parties. They're fairly simple to set up...with lots of enjoyment from guests. It's a fantastic way to beat the heat. See lots of fun coffee bar tips and ideas {and a free printable} below>>>

International Delight has some delicious ways to make a coffee bar even easier. Using their creamers to flavor regular coffee gives it a lovely sweet twist. Or use their Iced Coffee to make it even easier....just pour and enjoy.

When I set up a coffee bar, I like to give my guests both options,
so they can have their perfect version of iced coffee.

I also like to create iced coffee cubes for iced coffee. This way, the coffee isn't watered down once the cubes start to melt. I use a 2:1 coffee to creamer ratio to create the cubes. This is totally preference. But honestly, that's *probably* the daily ratio of my coffee to creamer anyway. Ahem.

Along with International Delight creamers, I also set out sugars, half & half and syrup. It's fun to give guests lots of variety for their iced coffee.

Add some fun glasses, flirty straws and coffee.

I put a vintage spin on this coffee bar by using a beverage crate, an old window pane as the backdrop and an antique dresser to serve off of.

Delicious perfection. I just brewed a few pots of coffee, added a bit of International Delight creamer and put it in my large glass drink dispenser.

Let's keep the coffee conversation going over at the International Delight Facebook page. And be sure to download the Coffee on the Rocks free printable below.
