This mini fourth of July banner was born (rather quickly) when I realized my little kitchen shelf needed a bit of summer added to it. After I assembled all of my items on the shelf, I felt like something was missing...so I created this. I thought a few of you might enjoy it, too!
Three cheers for the red, white, and blue. I love a bit of seasonal decor this time of the year and this new mini fourth of July banner definitely helped me out. Hoping you find a sweet spot for this in your space. Download below.
Since I spend so much time cooking in my kitchen, having a little designated seasonal decor spot makes it much cheerier to take on the chores and such. The spot above my stove is the perfect place to add some "goodies" each season. And this little banner worked perfectly.
Printing and Using this Mini Patriotic Banner
This patriotic banner is for personal use. However, if you do want to carry the printed version in your small shop or business (no digital reselling is ever allowed), you can purchase a commercial license here.
Supplies for Mini Patriotic Banner
- pennant printouts (available below for download)
- Be sure to print these onto letter-sized white cardstock. Regular paper is too thin for banners and garlands. You can grab a pack of letter-sized white cardstock here on Amazon.
- twine for stringing your banner (I used this red, white and blue Baker's Twine to add an extra festive touch.)
- smaller hole punch (I prefer this 1/8" punch instead of a standard hole punch...it doesn't distract from the design as much).
- scissors or a paper trimmer to cut out your pennants
Directions
- After cutting out my pennants, I punched holes in their top corners.
- Then, I strung them together with my twine.
- Simply string all of the pennants, then hang.
- I also used some thin red and white gingham ribbon to add a bit of fun to the ends of the banner.
Last Year's Mini Patriotic Banner:
So, last year, I created a SUPER similar banner. But, I wanted the "blue" pennant to have more pigment than last year, so I created today's new one. But, if you prefer a more subtle patriotic banner, see the free one from last year's banner here.
Yesterday's Sparkler Printable
And yesterday's free sparkler firecracker printable (pictured above in the same vignette) can be found here. And, I used this little wooden display block (from Amazon) to prop it up on my shelf.
